Proper Use. A. Use of sick time for purposes not listed in this Article or misrepresentation or fraud will constitute just cause for discipline. B. The Union and the University recognize that good attendance is essential to the efficient and effective operation of the University. Both parties agree to work together to reduce excessive absenteeism and take appropriate action to correct sick time abuse.
