Property Not Subject to Liens. The Property is free and clear of all mechanics' liens, materialmen's liens or similar liens and there are no rights outstanding that could result in any of such liens being imposed on the Property. The PFI does not make the warranty in this subsection (f) if the PFI furnishes the Bank with a title insurance policy in an amount and in a form acceptable to the Bank and issued by a title insurance company acceptable to the Bank that gives the Bank substantially the same protection as this warranty.
