Property Not Subject to Liens. The Property is free and clear of all mechanics' liens, materialmen's liens or similar types of liens. There are no rights outstanding that could result in any of such liens being imposed on the property. This warranty is not made if the Lender furnishes us with title insurance that gives us substantially the same protection as this warranty.
