Proportional Expenditure of GRANT. If this GRANT leverages non-Prop K funds, the RECIPIENT shall expend this GRANT at a rate equal to or less than the Proposition K fund share as shown in the Proposition K Sales Tax Program Allocation Request Form, unless the TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY provides written approval of a different expenditure rate.
