Proportionate payment on termination. When an employee leaves or is terminated by the employer during the course of any qualifying twelve month period, after at least one month of such service, proportionate payment shall be made at the appropriate rate of wage prescribed by clause 14.7 at 2.93 hours for each complete week of continuous service.

When If after one month’s continuous service an employee leaves the employment or the employment is terminated by the employer during Company, the course of any qualifying twelve month period, after at least one month of such service, proportionate payment employee shall be made at paid subject to the appropriate rate provisions of wage prescribed by clause 14.7 at 2.93 hours 9.1 of this Schedule for each complete completed week of continuous serviceservice worked of which leave has not been granted under this clause, 2.923 hours’ ordinary pay; calculated in accordance with the provisions of 21.12 hereof.
