PROPOSAL ACCEPTANCE PERIOD. Proposer warrants by virtue of submitting a proposal that costs, terms and conditions quoted in the Proposal will remain firm for acceptance by City Commission until such time as the City Commission approves award of contract.
PROPOSAL ACCEPTANCE PERIOD. Any proposal in response to this solicitation shall be valid for sixty (60) days. At the end of the sixty (60) days, the proposal may be withdrawn at the written request of the Contractor. If the proposal is not withdrawn at that time it remains in effect until an award is made or the solicitation is cancelled.
PROPOSAL ACCEPTANCE PERIOD. Each proposal submitted must be and remain valid for a period of at least sixty (60) days from opening date.
PROPOSAL ACCEPTANCE PERIOD. All proposals are valid for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days subsequent to the RFP closing date unless a longer acceptance period is offered in the proposal.
PROPOSAL ACCEPTANCE PERIOD. A. All proposals will be valid for one hundred fifty (150) Days after the submission date and will constitute an irrevocable proposal to the Department for the one hundred fifty (150) Day period.
B. Such period may be extended beyond the one hundred fifty (150) Day time upon mutual agreement of both parties.
PROPOSAL ACCEPTANCE PERIOD. All proposals shall be kept open for acceptance by the City of North Battleford Operation Services Department for fourteen (14) days after the date of submission unless subsequently revised by addendum. To evaluate proposals, points will be awarded in accordance with the evaluation criteria outlined in Appendix A. Officials from the City of North Battleford’s Operation Services Department and Finance Department will review all submitted material and rank the Contractor’s proposal for the work identified in the Terms of Reference. The intent of the evaluation process is to fairly evaluate the Contractor’s understanding of the project, their team experience, historical performance, equipment to be used, current workloads and proposed fees. Once the preferred Contractor has been identified, the City of North Battleford’s Operation Services Department may enter into discussions with that proponent to clarify any outstanding issues and to identify and finalize those portions of the proposal, including negotiation of any changes that will form part of the final agreement.
PROPOSAL ACCEPTANCE PERIOD. An Offeror submitting a Proposal under this Solicitation shall hold its Proposal open for the number of days that is stated in the Solicitation. If the Solicitation does not specifically state a number of days for the Proposal acceptance, the number of days shall be one hundred twenty (120).
