Common use of Proposal Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Proposal Guaranty. The security furnished by the bidder as guaranty that the bidder will enter into the Contract for the work if the Department accepts the proposal. Package to be provided to Asset Maintenance Contract Bidders defining requirements of the contract and the functions and responsibilities of the Contractor and Department. The Criteria for Scope of Work and Service, and all other documents attached thereto together set forth the criteria for work to be provided to complete this Contract.
