Proposal Timeline. Subject to Relief Events and Force Majeure Events, the Company shall use its reasonable endeavours to comply with any Timeline but unless otherwise stated in the Proposal, the Timeline and any Milestones are by way of guidance and not binding on the Company.

  • Proposal Proposal means any information supplied by or on behalf of the insured, deemed to be a completed proposal form and medical questionnaire and other relevant information that the insurer may require.
