Proposal Validity. TKE’s proposal shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from the date of submittal.

Proposal Validity. Proposal must remain valid for 180 days from the last date of bid submission. During this period, agency shall maintain the availability of Professional staff nominated in the Proposal and fully committed to their financial proposal, unchanged. The client will make its best effort to complete negotiations within this period. Agency who does not agree, have the right to refuse to extend the validity of their Proposals, under such circumstances, the client shall not consider such proposal for further evaluation.
