Common use of Proposed Assessments Clause in Contracts

Proposed Assessments. Other than as disclosed in writing to Purchaser prior to the Effective Date, no Owner has received any written notice of any assessments proposed to be assessed against any Contributed Property by any Governmental Authority for public or private improvements for which such Owner would be, in whole or in part (as opposed to any Tenant being solely), liable after the Closing Date.

Proposed Assessments.
