Proposer Sample Clauses

Proposer a person, firm or entity that submits a Proposal in response to a Request for Proposals. Any Proposer may be represented by an agent after submitting evidence demonstrating the agent’s authority. The agent cannot certify as to his own agency status.

Proposer. The Certificateholder making a written request pursuant to Section 5.07.

Proposer. A person or entity who, as the lead Design-Build Team Member, submits a Proposal to the Owner.

Proposer. A person who responds or intends to respond to a Request for Proposals issued by Metro.

Proposer. Experienced airport parking management operators who submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposals (RFP).

Proposer. The term “Proposer” shall include Proposer’s shareholders, directors, officers, members, managers, employees, agents, Affiliates, successors and assigns (and the shareholders, directors, officers, members, managers, employees, agents, Affiliates, successors and assigns of the foregoing).

Proposer. Any individual, firm, or corporation submitting a proposal for this project, acting directly or through a duly authorized representative. For the purpose of this Agreement, Proposer shall mean the same thing as the Bidder.
