NOTICE BOARD. (a) A notice board shall be provided for the posting of all official Union notices exclusively, and will not be used for the purpose of disseminating political information. The right is reserved to the Company to request the removal of material offensive to the Company.
NOTICE BOARD. 1. The notice board shall facilitate only the exchange of information between the Registered Participants regarding their interest in buying and/or selling Long Term Transmission Rights. No agreements may be concluded via this notice board. Use of the notice board is free of charge.

The Employer shall make available a union Notice Board in the work location that is accessible to Employees, for the purpose local Employee Union delegates or approved contacts, or Union Organisers or other Union staff (subject to right of entry requirements), posting information relating to the observance, application and operation of the Agreement and in relation to union events or meetings.

NOTICE BOARD a) The Company shall erect a notice board of reasonable dimensions to be located in a prominent position in each Company establishment, plant, or job site where Company Employees are working or if required in separate buildings in each establishment or plant or job site so that such notice boards are reasonably accessible to all Company Employees working under the Agreement at the establishment, plant, or job site.
NOTICE BOARD. The AFLPA will be granted reasonable access to place relevant materials on an existing notice board provided by each AFL Club and placed in a prominent and appropriate location at the AFL Club.

Employee Representatives or Managers will only remove unnecessary or outdated documentation specifically relating to their respective responsibilities.

The employer shall make available a Notice Board in each work location accessible to employees, for the purpose of local employee union delegates posting information relating to the observance, application and operation of this Agreement and/or the Awards as incorporated. 39 Consultation Where the Employer proposes a change that may result in the termination of an employee’s employment or any other significant effect on the employee, the Employer will notify the employee in writing regarding the proposed change and its possible effect on her / his employment. The Employer will meet with the employee to discuss the proposed change and any proposals that may mitigate the effects of the proposed change. The employee may bring a representative including a union representative to any meeting. The employee will be advised of this in writing by the Employer prior to the meeting. For the purposes of this clause, a ‘significant effect’ is defined as follows: • A reduction in hours and / or remuneration, or • A proposed change to an employee’s classification or major change in his/her duties, or • Relocation / redeployment to another site, or • Removal of an existing amenity.
NOTICE BOARD. 39.1 The employer shall cause a notice board of reasonable dimensions to be erected in a prominent place on the employer's premises accessible to employees for the purpose of posting any notice in connection with this Agreement or other matters related to the employment of the employees which the union may require to have posted.
