NOTICE BOARD. (a) A notice board shall be provided for the posting of all official Union notices exclusively, and will not be used for the purpose of disseminating political information. The right is reserved to the Company to request the removal of material offensive to the Company.
(b) The following information shall be kept in a central location, readily accessible to the Shop Xxxxxxx:
1. Seniority list
2. Copy of the Agreement
3. Welfare Plan Provisions Any employee requiring such information shall contact the Shop Xxxxxxx for same.
NOTICE BOARD. 1. The notice board shall facilitate only the exchange of information between the Registered Participants regarding their interest in buying and/or selling Long Term Transmission Rights. No agreements may be concluded via this notice board. Use of the notice board is free of charge.
2. Any notices published via the notice board by the Registered Participants shall not be considered as an evidence for a valid and effective contract for the transfer of Long Term Transmission Rights.
3. The Allocation Platform shall not be held liable for the accuracy and completeness of the information published by a Registered Participant on the notice board.
4. The Allocation Platform may delete from the notice board any information it considers not relevant for the purpose of the notice board. In case of such a deletion, the Allocation Platform shall provide the reasons for the deletion to the respective Registered Participant.

The Employer shall make available a union Notice Board in the work location that is accessible to Employees, for the purpose local Employee Union delegates or approved contacts, or Union Organisers or other Union staff (subject to right of entry requirements), posting information relating to the observance, application and operation of the Agreement and in relation to union events or meetings.

1. Designate an area for the direct contractor to establish a temporary office and workshop and storage of equipment and materials
2. Allow the use of personnel welfare facilities, where provided
3. Provide water, lighting and single phase electric power to a position within 50m of the place where the direct contract work is to be carried out, other than fuel or power for commissioning of any installation
4. Permit the direct contractor to use erected scaffolding, hoisting facilities, etc provided by the contractor, in common with others having the like right, while it remains erected on the site [13.1] F:............................. NOTICE BOARD. The Company shall permit a notice board of reasonable dimensions to be erected in a prominent position in each of his/her establishments or plants or job sites where his/her employees are working or in separate buildings in each establishments or plant or job site so that such notice boards are reasonably accessible to all his/her employees working under the Agreement at the establishment or plant or job site.
NOTICE BOARD. 49.1 A notice board will be provided in the dining room or in some other prominent position (for example the lunch room) at the site for the purpose of posting any notice in connection with this Agreement or other matters related to the employment of the employees.
49.2 Any notice previously approved by the Company or his or her representative may be posted in such notice board.
NOTICE BOARD. The AFLPA will be granted reasonable access to place relevant materials on an existing notice board provided by each AFL Club and placed in a prominent and appropriate location at the AFL Club.

Employee Representatives or Managers will only remove unnecessary or outdated documentation specifically relating to their respective responsibilities.
