For an employee who is employed more than 90 days, but less than 12 months, of the Plan Year, the employee's CPS Distribution will be prorated by twelfths to correspond to the number of months of participation during the Plan Year. For purposes of proration, a month will be taken into account if the employee is actively participating on the first day of the calendar month.
