Common use of PROS Personnel Clause in Contracts

PROS Personnel. PROS will use adequate numbers of qualified individuals with suitable training, education, and skill to provide Professional Services. PROS will determine in its sole discretion which of its personnel are assigned to perform the Professional Services, and may reassign such personnel during the term of an SOW. PROS may use Affiliates, subcontractors and other third parties in the performance of the Professional Services, provided that no such use of Affiliates, subcontractors or other third parties will relieve PROS of its obligations.
