PROSECUTION OF WORK. The Contractor shall provide sufficient labor, materials, equipment, and tools; and shall prosecute the Work with such means and methods and with such diligence as is required to attain and maintain a rate of progress necessary to ensure completion of the project within the Contract time limit in accordance with the plans, specifications, and other requirements of the Contract. Once the Contractor has begun work, the Contractor shall prosecute the Work continuously and to the fullest extent possible except for suspensions authorized or ordered by the Engineer according to Section 108.05. If approval is given to suspend the work temporarily, the Contractor shall notify the Engineer at least 24 hours in advance of resuming operations. The Contractor shall notify the Engineer at least 24 hours in advance of any changes in the Contractor’s planned operations or work requiring inspection.
