Protection from Assault and Vandalism. Any employment related criminal conduct directed against a teacher or a teacher’s family shall be reported by the teacher to the Board or its designated representative. The Board shall render all reasonable assistance to the teacher including but not limited to reporting the criminal conduct to law enforcement and other appropriate governmental agencies. Administrative leave may be granted to testify or seek medical attention.
