Common use of Protection of Documents Clause in Contracts

Protection of Documents. All documents, records and files, in any media of whatever kind and description, relating to the business, present or otherwise, of the Company or any of its Affiliates, and any copies, in whole or in part, thereof (the “Documents”), whether or not prepared by you shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Company. You agree to safeguard all Documents and to surrender to the Company, at the time your employment terminates or at such earlier time or times as the Committee or its designee may specify, all Documents then in your possession or control.

Protection of Documents. All documents, records records, tapes and files, in any other media of whatever every kind and description, description relating to the business, present or otherwise, of the Company or any of its Affiliates, Subsidiaries or Affiliates and any copies, in whole or in part, thereof (the “"Documents”"), whether or not prepared by you the Executive, shall be the sole and exclusive property of the CompanyCompany or its Subsidiaries or Affiliates. All documents, records and files, in any media of whatever kind and description, relating to the business, present or otherwise, of the Company or any of its Affiliates, and any copies, in whole or in part, thereof (the “Documents”), whether or not prepared by you shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Company, provided that, for the avoidance of doubt, any of your personal contacts (whether hard copy or electronic) and any personal files do not constitute “Documents” for purposes of this Section 3(b) and may be retained by you following your termination of employment. You agree to safeguard all Documents and to surrender to the Company, at the time your employment terminates or at such earlier time or times as the Committee Board or its designee may specify, all Documents then in your possession or control.
