Common use of Protection of Improvements Clause in Contracts

Protection of Improvements. The Purchaser shall to the greatest extent practicable protect from damage all gates, signs, telephone lines, power lines, fences, irrigation ditches, cattle guards, drainage structures, road improvements, and any other improvements or infrastructure within the gross sale area and/or along haul routes. Damages caused by the Purchaser, his, her or its employees or subcontractors, and expenses associated with the repair or replacement of damaged structures and improvements are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser.
