Protection of Participants in Procedure. Individuals involved in the grievance procedure shall not suffer any restraint, interference, discrimination, coercion, or reprisal as a result of any legal participation in the grievance procedure. Any grievance pending arbitration shall in no way be prejudiced by the termination of the grievant or grievants, and the Board agrees not to use the fact that a former faculty member is no longer an employee in a grievance proceeding.
