Issuance of Contracts. All employee contracts shall be issued subject to and consistent with Washington State law and the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Rights and benefits of faculty as set forth in this Agreement shall be assimilated into and made a part of any individual contract of employment with the District.
Issuance of Contracts. Contracts shall be issued annually and the Board or its duly authorized agents shall sign all individual contracts before they are issued to the employees. Contracts for the next year shall be issued no later than May 25th of any year of this Agreement. Contracts shall be signed by the employee and returned to the Board within ten (10) school days thereafter unless prior arrangements have been made in writing with the Superintendent. Failure to timely return a fully executed contract, absent a written waiver by the Superintendent, will be the equivalent of a voluntary resignation by the employee. In the event of late negotiations, "Letters of Intent" will be issued, subject to final ratification and adjustment of wages consistent with the Master Agreement, as finally ratified. If for any reason "Letters of Intent" cannot be distributed by May 25th in any year, the Association will be notified as soon as the Board can be expected to reasonably know of the delay.
A. The ten (10) day deadline shall be extended by the same number of days that distribution goes beyond the May 25th deadline.

Issuance of Contracts a. Issuance of Limited Contracts
i. Except as provided in this Agreement, all contracts shall be issued by the Xxxxxx Career & Technical Center Board of Education in accordance with Sections 3319.07 and 3319.08 of the Ohio Revised Code and with Section 3319.11 of the Ohio Revised Code.
b. Consideration for Continuing Contract
i. Continuing contracts shall be awarded in accordance with ORC 3319.08 and 3319.
Issuance of Contracts. The Board may issue individual contracts to existing Certified Staff and new Certified Staff before a negotiated agreement has been reached between the Board and the Association. However, these individual contracts shall be adjusted to conform to the terms and conditions of employment agreed to by the Board and the Association.

If possible, during the week of May 1 of the preceding school year, co-curricular supplemental contracts will be issued to teachers the administration desires to employ in specific positions for the succeeding school year. Teachers desiring to accept the position shall return the contract, with their signature affixed to the contract, to the building principal on or before June 1 of the preceding year. Failure to return the signed contract by June 1 will indicate the teacher does not desire to be employed in the specific position.
Issuance of Contracts. CLNY and CLAFS hereby undertake to use their best efforts, subject to the standards set forth in the Registration Statement, (i) to maintain a continuous offering of the Contracts and (ii) to ensure that applications to purchase units of interest under the Contracts shall be acceptable to CLNY and that the Contracts shall be issued pursuant to such applications and (iii) to ensure that all purchase payments be processed at the accumulation unit value determined in the manner as described in the Registration Statement. It is understood that a Contract shall not be issued unless and until the purchase payments and application received relating to such Contract are sufficient to satisfy CLNY's eligibility requirements as set forth in the Contracts and the requirements of New York insurance law. Selixxxx Xxxancial agrees that all applications for the Contracts shall be made on the application forms supplied by CLNY. Selixxxx Xxxancial agrees to instruct Selling Firms to (i) review the applications for completeness and correctness as to form, (ii) review all applications for suitability, and (iii) to promptly forward to CLNY all applications found to be complete together with any purchase payments received with the applications received. Any additional purchase payments, to the extent permitted by the Contract shall also be remitted directly to CLNY.
Issuance of Contracts. All individual teaching contracts shall be issued no later than 20 days after ratification of the Master Agreement. The individual teaching contract shall comply with all terms and conditions of the Master Agreement.
Issuance of Contracts. Tutors shall be considered for limited contracts of one (1) year, the provisions in Article V.D notwithstanding. Tutors shall have no expectation of continued employment beyond the length of their contract, and said tutor contract shall automatically expire at the conclusion of their contract without further action by the Board, including nonrenewal of their contract.
