Protection of Protected Health Information. Business Associate shall protect against any reasonably anticipated threats or hazards to the confidentiality, security, or integrity of PHI and protect against any reasonably anticipated uses or disclosures of such information that are not permitted or required under 45 C.F.R. § 164, subpart E. Business Associate shall implement policies and procedures to prevent, detect, contain, and correct security violations.
