No operations shall be permitted on the gas line except those designated by STATE. Prior to work on or near the gas line PURCHASER shall contact the Oregon Utility Notification Center (811) to determine exact location of gas line. PURCHASER shall conduct activities near the gas lines according to the recommendations of TC Energy and shall be responsible for any damage to the gas lines resulting from PURCHASER's activities.
