Protection The Asset Representations Reviewer will take reasonable measures to protect the secrecy of and avoid disclosure and unauthorized use of Confidential Information, including those measures that it takes to protect its own confidential information and not less than a reasonable standard of care. The Asset Representations Reviewer acknowledges that Personally Identifiable Information is also subject to the additional requirements in Section 4.09.
Protection Planning Annually, sub-geographic area Unit Administrators will determine efficiencies to be gained from reciprocal assistance and acquisition of protection services. Operating plans will document decisions. Plans should be reviewed, and agreement reached concerning such items as placement of crews, engines, air tankers, helicopters, fixed and aerial detection, regulated use, closures and other joint fire suppression efforts.
Protection of Watershed PURCHASER shall take all necessary precautions to prevent damage to stream banks, any stream course, lake, reservoir, or forested wetland within or adjacent to the timber sale area. Definitions of Type F, Type D, and Type N streams contained in the Forest Practices Act apply to this contract. In addition to other protective measures required, PURCHASER shall discontinue all or part of the operations under this contract upon notice from STATE that operations will cause excessive damage to the watershed.
PRICE PROTECTION 1. The Provider shall ensure that all prices, terms, and warranties included in this Agreement are comparable to, or better than, the equivalent terms being offered by the Provider to any present customer meeting the same qualifications or requirements as the Department. If, during the term of this Agreement, the Provider enters into agreement(s) that provide more favorable terms to other comparable customer(s), the Provider shall provide the same terms to the Department.
Protection of the Environment 14.1 The Government and the Contractor recognise that Petroleum Operations will cause some impact on the environment in the Contract Area. Password Protection Contractor agrees that any portable or laptop computer that has access to the Eligible Users or State of Utah networks, or stores any Public Data is equipped with strong and secure password protection.
Eye Protection Approved eye protection shall be supplied to individual prescription to all employees who normally wear glasses and are required to wear eye protection for an appreciable amount of time in the performance of their duties.
PROTECTION OF TEACHERS A. The Board recognizes its responsibility to give all reasonable support and assistance to teachers with respect to the maintenance of control and discipline in the classroom.
Protective Clothing and Equipment The Employer recognizes the safety concerns of all staff and shall provide all employees whose work requires them to wear protective equipment with the necessary equipment and protective clothing. This committee may make recommendations on such equipment (e.g., gloves, long sleeved gowns, masks, goggles). These shall be maintained and replaced, where necessary, at the Employer's expense. Where the committee recommends the wearing of such protective clothing and equipment, and the Employer implements such recommendation, employees are obligated to comply with such recommendation(s).
Protection of Human Subjects The Recipient agrees to comply with the requirements of the National Research Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 289 et seq., and U.S. DOT regulations, “Protection of Human Subjects,” 49 C.F.R. Part 11, pertaining to protections for human subjects participating in or involved in research, development, and activities related to the Project.
