Common use of PROTEST PROCEDURES Clause in Contracts

PROTEST PROCEDURES. Protests based upon the award of the contract shall be made in writing to the Contract Services Administrator no later than ten (10) calendar days following the award of the contract. The protest must clearly specify in writing the grounds and evidence on which the protest is based. The protest will be reviewed and decided pursuant to; the proposal documents issued by the Department, the Delaware Code, and the Federal Transit Authority’s regulations.
