Provider Statements. Provider shall be responsible for all statements made on any claim or supporting documentation submitted to Blue Shield. Provider shall be responsible for reimbursement of all overpayments resulting from such misreporting or duplicate claims submission consistent with the requirements set forth in Section 1300.71(b)(5) of Title 28 of the California Code of Regulations.
