Provider’s Policies. If Provider furnishes UVU with copies of Provider’s policies that relate to the particular requirements of Provider’s internship positions, UVU will provide a copy of those policies to each Intern that is assigned to Provider.

Policy Grievances Where either party to this Agreement disputes the general application, interpretation or alleged violation of an article of this Agreement, the dispute shall be discussed initially with the Chief Operating Officer or designate or the President of the Union within 14 calendar days of the occurrence. Where no satisfactory agreement is reached, either party, within a further 14 calendar days, may submit the dispute to arbitration.
Deductibles and Self-Insurance Retentions Any deductibles or self-insured retentions must be declared to and approved by the City. The City may require the Consultant to provide proof of ability to pay losses and related investigation, claims administration and defense expenses within the deductible or self-insured retention. The deductible or self-insured retention may be satisfied by either the named insured or the City.
