Providing Background Information. 7.1.1. Each Party may provide Background Informa- tion to the other Parties for the implementation of the Project. The Background Information may be provided for all Parties or only for the Work Package Parties of specific Work Package(s). The Background Information shall be presented at a meeting of the relevant Steering Committee, be continuously numbered and noted in the minutes.
