Providing for Special Needs Students. X. Xxxxxxxxxx unit members involved with the educational instruction of a special needs student (student requiring an IEP/504 Plan) will have the opportunity to participate in the writing of the plan for that student. Bargaining unit members will be informed of the student's IEP/504 Plan conference and may participate in the conference or submit written suggestions for goals. The written suggestions for goals will be presented for consideration at the IEP/504 Plan conference. All educationally involved bargaining unit members will have access to a copy of each student's IEP/504 Plan and revisions.
