OBSERVATION SCHEDULE a. First Year EMPLOYEES shall receive a minimum of one Formal Observation in each semester. First Year, Category I, and Category II EMPLOYEES shall receive a minimum of one Informal Observation in each semester. Category III EMPLOYEES shall receive a minimum of one observation in each semester. Deviations to this provision may occur only as requested by the EMPLOYEE in writing (email acceptable). (EXCEPTION: First Year EMPLOYEES with a late start date as defined in Section 5.104 are excluded from the requirements of Section 5.11 a.) b. No observation or walkthrough shall be conducted the day before Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break, or Spring Break unless it is requested by the EMPLOYEE in writing (email acceptable) to his/her supervisor. c. No observation or walkthrough shall be conducted on Halloween. d. No observation or walkthrough shall be conducted for an EMPLOYEE while that EMPLOYEE is administering a state or district assessment. e. No observation or walkthrough shall be conducted during the first five (5) student days unless it is requested by the EMPLOYEE in writing (email acceptable) to his/her supervisor.
OBSERVATION SCHEDULE. 1. First round formal observations start with returning pre-tenured teachers (e.g. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year teachers). 2. Pre-tenured teachers will be observed a minimum of three times, two of which must be formal. 3. Tenured teachers, during a formal evaluation cycle, will be formally observed a minimum of two times, one of which must be formal.
OBSERVATION SCHEDULE. 1. Unless otherwise provided for in this Article, each Teacher will be given one summative evaluation each school year including at least two (2) formal observations and at least two (2) walkthroughs by his/her assigned evaluator. 2. Teachers on a one-year limited contract or in the final year of a multi-year limited contract who the employer intends to recommend for non-renewal will receive at least three (3) formal observations and at least two (2) walkthroughs. 3. The Superintendent or his/her designee will notify a teacher of his/her assigned evaluator within the first fifteen (15) work days of the school year. 4. Evaluations shall be completed by May 1 and the final summative evaluations will be delivered to the teacher no later than May 10. The teacher’s signature on the evaluation shall verify notification to the teacher that the evaluation will be placed in the teacher’s personnel file, but shall not be construed as evidence that the teacher agrees with the contents of the evaluation report.
OBSERVATION SCHEDULEAll teachers/school counselors shall be evaluated based on at least two (2) formal observations of at least thirty (30) minutes each and periodic classroom walkthroughs each school year. The first observation will occur before the conclusion of the first semester. The formal evaluation cycle for teachers shall consist of a professional growth/improvement plan, a pre-observation conference(s), a formal holistic observation (minimum of 30 minutes), a post-conference(s), classroom walkthrough(s), a formal focused observation(s) (minimum of 30 minutes) and a final summative conference (may be done during final post-conference if mutually agreed upon by member and administrator). The formal evaluation cycle for school counselors shall consist of a professional growth/improvement plan, a pre-observation conference(s) (optional at counselor’s discretion), formal observation(s) (minimum of 30 minutes), post-conference(s), and walkthrough(s). Teachers/school counselors who are rated Accomplished on the most recent evaluation will be subject to a Full Evaluation Cycle once (1) every three (3) years unless s/he is up for renewal, provided the teacher/school counselor submits a self-directed Professional Growth Plan to the evaluator each year, and for teachers, the evaluator determines the teacher is making growth progress on that plan. Growth progress is defined as completing action steps, attaining a goal statement, and/or providing evidence on qualitative or quantitative indicators for the bargaining unit member. If a teacher/school counselor does not need to complete a full evaluation cycle, they will complete a Less Frequent Evaluation Cycle. Teachers/school counselors who are rated Skilled on the most recent evaluation will be subject to a Full Evaluation Cycle once (1) every two (2) years unless s/he is up for renewal, provided the teacher/school counselor and the evaluator jointly develop a Professional Growth Plan for the teacher/school counselor, and for teachers, the evaluator determines if the teacher is making growth progress on that plan. Growth progress is defined as completing an action step, attaining a goal statement, and/or providing evidence on qualitative or quantitative indicators for the bargaining unit member. OBSERVATION SCHEDULE. A. A minimum of two (2), thirty (30) minute formal observations shall be conducted when completing an annual evaluation. All formal observations will be announced. The first observation shall be completed by December 15th. Formal observations shall be conducted at least three (3) weeks apart.
OBSERVATION SCHEDULE. 1. Pre-observation conferences will be held face-to-face unless mutually agreed upon. The pre-observation conference may be waived by mutual agreement of the parties. 2. The evaluator shall consider additional evidence of student learning or evidence to support the teacher’s performance. b. Written evaluations will be signed by the teacher to acknowledge completion of the process and shall not be construed as the teacher’s agreement with the evaluation. If the teacher refuses to sign the evaluation, it shall be noted by the evaluator and teacher.

  • Auction Schedule The Auction Agent shall conduct Auctions in accordance with the schedule set forth below. Such schedule may be changed by the Auction Agent with the consent of the Company, which consent shall not be withheld unreasonably.   • Completion Schedule 6.1 The proposed schedule for the completion of the Project is presented in “Attachment D” and is made a part hereof. 6.2 ENGINEER shall adhere to all time limits stated in this Agreement or included in any accepted time schedule. All such time limits shall be of the essence to this Agreement. 6.3 In all events the various stages and phases of ENGINEER’S services are to be completed in such sequence and at such times, and with approved or agreed upon time limits, as may be required to assure the timely, continuous, efficient and diligent prosecution of the work and services provided for by this Agreement. 6.4 OWNER may at any time, by written order, make changes within the general scope of the Agreement in the services of work to be performed. If ENGINEER believes that such a change justifies an increase in ENGINEER’S contract time or contract price required to perform the series under this Agreement it must assert such claim in writing within thirty (30) days of receipt of OWNER’S written order giving rise to the claim. No claim for adjustment in the contract time or contract price will be valid if not submitted in accordance with this paragraph. No services for which ENGINEER will charge additional compensation shall be furnished without the written authorization of OWNER. 6.5 ENGINEER shall carry on all work required under this Agreement and maintain the schedule for services during all disputes or disagreements with OWNER. No work shall be delayed or postponed pending resolution of any disputes or disagreements except as permitted in Article 8, or as ENGINEER and OWNER may otherwise agree in writing. 6.6 If the commencement, prosecution or completion of the services under this Agreement, or of the construction of the Project is delayed by any act, omission, delay, neglect or default of ENGINEER, or anyone employed by ENGINEER, or by any damage or acts caused by the negligent acts or omission by ENGINEER, then ENGINEER shall be liable to OWNER for any and all costs, assessments, expense, liabilities or damages caused thereby, in accordance with Section 4.8. 6.7 ENGINEER shall not be responsible for any time delays in the Project, or in the performance of services under this Agreement, to the extent such delays are caused solely by any act, omission, neglect or default of OWNER or anyone employed by OWNER, or by the unreasonable delay of any review agency or utility, or for any delay or damage caused by fire or the combined action of workers and which are in no way chargeable, in whole or in part, to ENGINEER, or by any other conditions or circumstances beyond the control of ENGINEER, its employee, agent, or other persons for whose acts or omissions ENGINEER is responsible. In the event of such delay, ENGINEER shall be entitled to an adjustment in the schedules or agreed time limitations for the performance of services, and this Agreement shall be modified in writing accordingly. Any claim of ENGINEER for adjustment under this cause must be asserted in writing within thirty (30) days from the date of the occurrence of the event giving rise to the claim, unless OWNER grants a further period of time before the date of final payment to ENGINEER. The adjustment of time for the performance of services, as provided in this paragraph, shall be ENGINEER’s sole exclusive right, entitlement and remedy in the event of such delays, and ENGINEER shall have no claim against OWNER for adjustment for increase in costs of performance, or other damages occurred in connection therewith.

  • Construction Schedule The progress schedule of construction of the Project as provided by Developer and approved by District.

  • CONVERSION SCHEDULE The Original Issue Discount Senior Convertible Debentures due on March 1, 2018 in the aggregate principal amount of $330,000 are issued by Legend Oil and Gas, Ltd., a Colorado corporation. This Conversion Schedule reflects conversions made under Section 4 of the above referenced Debenture.

  • Vacation Schedule 1. Vacation periods shall be fixed by the Employer to suit the requirements of his business, but as far as possible and practicable, vacations will be given during the summer months, and for employees with school-age children, during the school vacations. Vacation periods shall be unbroken unless by mutual consent between Employer and employee, or where it is impractical. Grievances relating to this Section shall be subject to the Adjustment and Arbitration Procedure in this Agreement. 2. Time off, based upon service in the Industry Vacation Plan, may be granted to an employee by mutual agreement between the Employer and the employee. The Employer shall not be required to give time off based upon service under the Industry Vacation Plan. However, if such additional industry vacation time off is granted to an employee, such time off shall be counted as time worked for the purpose of computing the employee's earned vacation benefits on his next anniversary date of employment.

  • Vacation Schedules Employees shall submit their vacation requests to the supervisor on or before: (a) December 11th for the period January 1st through April 30th; and (b) April 1st for the period May 1st through December 31st. An employee who does not exercise his/her seniority rights by the cut-off dates stipulated above, shall not be entitled to exercise those rights in respect to any vacation time previously selected by an employee with less seniority. Vacation schedules, once approved by the Employer, shall not be changed, other than in cases of emergency, except by mutual agreement between the employee and the Employer.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Amortization Schedule We do not provide an initial amortization schedule at the time of project agreement release but maintain a "Loan Summary Spreadsheet" on our website on the Financial Tab under "Loans". Once your loan is put into billing an amortization schedule will be posted to the same website, with a copy mailed to the Chief Financial Officer the month following project closeout.

  • Project Completion Report At the completion of construction and once a Project is placed in service, the Subrecipient must submit a Project Completion Report that includes the total number of units built and leased, affordable units built and leased, DR-MHP units built and leased, an accomplishment narrative, and the tenants names, demographics and income for each DR-MHP unit.
