Common use of Providing Leasing Information Clause in Contracts

Providing Leasing Information. Borrower shall provide a leasing status report for the Property within sixty (60) days of the end of each fiscal quarter, except for quarters ending December 31, for which such statements shall be delivered within one hundred twenty (120) days of each December 31 (or, upon Agent's request, thirty (30) days following the end of the applicable month and not more frequently than once per calendar month).
