Province Verification Rights. The Province may, at any time during the CSA OF Term, verify the CSA Holder’s compliance with any aspect of this CSA OF, including whether any information provided by the CSA Holder in response to the RCSA OF is accurate or remains accurate and whether the CSA Holder remains qualified under the Qualification Criteria. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Province may, at any time during the CSA OF Term request that the CSA Holder provide proof of its Consultant’s educational credentials that the CSA Holder described in its Response to the RCSA OF, if any, even if such educational credentials are not set out in Part 2 of Appendix A to the CSA OF. The Province may use any relevant information made available by the CSA Holder online to the public or may request confirmation that the CSA Holder continues to meet the Qualification Criteria or that its Consultant(s) continue(s) to hold the educational credential(s) as set out in its Response to the RCSA OF. The CSA Holder must, at its own expense, promptly provide such information, copies of third-party certifications or audit reports, or other evidence of compliance as the Province reasonably requests for the purpose of verifying compliance. The Province’s rights in this section do not limit any power or duty of inspection or audit the Province may have under statute or otherwise, including as a Purchaser to an Order.

  • Compliance Verification (a) The subrecipient shall periodically interview a sufficient number of employees entitled to DB prevailing wages (covered employees) to verify that contractors or subcontractors are paying the appropriate wage rates. As provided in 29 CFR 5.6(a)(6), all interviews must be conducted in confidence. The subrecipient must use Standard Form 1445 (SF 1445) or equivalent documentation to memorialize the interviews. Copies of the SF 1445 are available from EPA on request.

  • AT&T-12STATE acknowledges that CLEC may have an embedded base of one-way trunks ordered and installed prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement that were used for termination of CLEC’s Section 251(b)(5)/IntraLATA Toll Traffic to AT&T-12STATE (Embedded Base). To the extent that CLEC has such an Embedded Base, CLEC shall only augment trunk groups in the Embedded Base with the mutual agreement of the Parties. CLEC shall not order any new one-way trunk groups following the Effective Date of this Agreement. Moreover, the Parties agree that the Embedded Base will be converted to two-way trunk groups under the following circumstances:
