The 'Provincial Conferences' clause establishes the framework for organizing and conducting meetings or conferences at the provincial level within an organization or association. Provincial Conferences. In the event the Union should call a Provincial Conference, time off for Union business shall be granted according to the following formula:
(a) One (1) employee from each Store of the Employer shall be granted time off.
(b) Fifty (50) or more employees in the store – two (2) employees shall be granted time off. The Employer shall be given at least three (3) weeks' notice of such conference.
