Provincial Office. Subject to prior arrangements with the Director of Education or designate and the availability of a suitable teacher to replace the teacher involved, the Board shall grant an unpaid leave of absence for a maximum of two (2) school years to a teacher who holds an office requiring duty with the Association at the provincial level. Such leave may be renewable, but seniority shall only accrue for the initial period of leave.
