Provision and Payment for Basic Services and the Work. Unless otherwise provided in the Contract Documents, the CM/GC shall provide and pay for all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, construction, resources, work, and services necessary or incidental to completing the Work for each phase or Component of the Project in a proper and timely manner in accordance with the Contract Documents and applicable laws, whether temporary or permanent and whether or not incorporated or to be incorporated in the Project.
