Provision Applicable to All Retirees. Any retiree whose City contribution for retiree medical insurance is insufficient to cover the actual cost of such insurance for the retiree and his/her eligible dependents can purchase such insurance through CalPERS by paying the additional amount in excess of the City contributions.
