PROVISION IN ACCOUNTS. Adequate provision has been made in the Accounts for any Tax on the Company which is payable or may become payable in respect of any transaction or income occurring or arising before the Accounts Date but which was unpaid as at the Accounts Date.

PROVISION IN ACCOUNTS. Full provision and reserves were made in the Accounts in respect of all Taxation liabilities to or for which the Company was at the Last Accounting Date or at any time since may have become or may become liable to be assessed or charged or to pay. Provision of any amount by way of a notice to the Accounts shall not be a provision for the purposes of this paragraph.
