Provision of Automobile. The Bank shall provide Executive, at Bank’s expense, with an automobile allowance of $900.00 per month, plus the costs of maintenance and insurance expenses associated with such vehicle, and will reimburse Executive for fuel, costs incurred in connection with the Bank’s business.
Provision of Automobile. Employers shall provide Executive with an automobile allowance of $650.00 per month and reimbursement of all reasonable fuel and carwash expenses.
Provision of Automobile. The Bank shall, on the Effective Date of this Agreement, provide, for Executive's use, an automobile appropriate for Executive's title and position or an automobile allowance set by the Board of Directors of the Bank. The Bank shall also provide reimbursement relating to the operation and maintenance of any automobile provided by the Bank and shall maintain automobile liability insurance to protect Executive and/or the Bank, as their respective interests may appear, against claims arising out of the use of said automobile (or any other motor vehicle) in the course of Executive's employment hereunder.
Provision of Automobile. The Employer has and shall continue to provide the Executive with an automobile, plus the cost of related insurance, maintenance and fuel expenses. Such automobile allowance shall be subject to the Employer's policies related thereto as may be adopted from time to time. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, upon the Executive's termination of employment for any reason, the Employer shall transfer title of the automobile to the Executive for no additional cost.
Provision of Automobile. Employer and/or the Company shall provide ----------------------- Employee with an automobile commensurate with Employee's position(s) and shall reimburse Employee for all reasonable expenses (including, without limitation, the cost of insurance coverage) relating to the operation and maintenance of said automobile. Employer and/or the Company shall maintain, at its/their expense, automobile liability insurance to protect Employee and Employer and/or the Company, as their respective interest may appear, against claims arising out of the use of said automobile (or any other motor vehicle) in the course of Employee's employment hereunder. (f) "Golden Parachute" Provision. Notwithstanding anything contained in ---------------------------- this Agreement to the contrary, any payments made to Employee pursuant to this Agreement, or otherwise to Employee, are subject to and conditioned upon their compliance with 12 U.S.C. (S) 1828(k) and any regulations promulgated thereunder.
Provision of Automobile. The Bank will provide Employee with an automobile allowance, to be determined immediately prior to the Bank's commencement of operations. In addition thereto, Employee shall be reimbursed for the pro rated operating and maintenance expenses attributed to Bank business.
Provision of Automobile. Employer will furnish Employee with an automobile suitable to his position as a Bank President and will pay for reasonable maintenance expenses associated therewith. Employer will pay automobile insurance with such coverages as the Board determines to be appropriate.
Provision of Automobile. (i) The Holding Company shall, on the Effective Date of this Agreement, cause to be transferred to Employee the title to that certain 1995 Chevrolet Impala automobile owned by Gwinnett.
Provision of Automobile. Employers, at Employee's election, shall ----------------------- either (i) provide Employee with an automobile commensurate with Employee's position(s) and shall reimburse Employee for all reasonable expenses (including, without limitation, the cost of insurance coverage) relating to the operation and maintenance of said automobile, or (ii) provide Employee with a car allowance of $1,000 per month. Employers shall maintain, at its/their expense, automobile liability insurance to protect Employee and Employers, as their respective interest may appear, against claims arising out of the use of said automobile (or any other motor vehicle) in the course of Employee's employment hereunder.
Provision of Automobile. Employers shall provide Employee with an ----------------------- automobile allowance of $800 per month. No other reimbursement will be made relating to the operation and maintenance of any automobile by Employee; and Employee shall maintain, at his expense, automobile liability insurance to protect Employee, Employers and/or the Holding Company, as their respective interests may appear, against claims arising out of the use of said automobile (or any other motor vehicle) in the course of Employee's employment hereunder.
