Other reimbursement. If a sale referred to in Clause 3.1 is not completed because of default by the Purchaser and whether or not the Principal forfeits all or part of the deposit then the Principal will reimburse and agrees to reimburse the Licensee for all expenses and charges reasonably incurred by the Licensee under or in relation to this agreement as provided for in Clause 3.3.
Other reimbursement. If a teacher shall teach more than the normal teaching load, on a regular basis, he shall receive additional compensation at one and one - half (1/2) times his hourly rate for each teaching period in excess of such norms. Example: 1.5 x annual salary Number of hours taught per year.

If a purchase referred to in Item B is not completed because of default by the Buyer and whether or not the deposit is forfeited in full or in part then the Buyer will reimburse and agrees to reimburse the Agent for all expenses and charges reasonably incurred by the Agent under or in relation to this Agreement as provided for in Items D and E.

Other reimbursement. 17-1 Mileage: Administrators shall be reimbursed for required mileage driven while carrying out their job responsibilities. The rate of reimbursement shall be the district rate. Reimbursement shall be claimed by filing the Mileage Payment Claim form with the Business Office.
17-2 Cell Phone: Administrators in Salary Categories A and B shall receive $50 per month in reimbursement for their cell phone/plan. Administrators in Salary Categories C, D, and E shall receive $35 per month in reimbursement for their cell phone/plan.
Other reimbursement. Gardena may authorize additional personnel to be reimbursed during any type of scheduled deployments. If additional personnel are requested by Gardena and authorized, Gardena will reimburse the additional officers as agreed upon.
Other reimbursement. Pursuant to 25 U.S.C. 1645(c), the THP will seek payment from all other liable payers, as permissible by law for the THP, before seeking reimbursement from VA for direct care services provided to an Eligible AI/AN Veteran under this agreement. VA is responsible for only the balance remaining after other third party reimbursements.
Other reimbursement. The Company shall reimburse the Employee for any legal expense incurred by him for the review of this Agreement in an amount not to exceed Five Thousand ($5,000) Dollars.
Other reimbursement. Pursuant to section 405(c) of IHCIA (25 U.S.C. 1645(c)), the THP will seek payment from all other liable payers, as permissible by law for the THP, before seeking reimbursement from VA for direct care services provided to an AI/AN Eligible Veteran under this agreement so that VA is responsible for only the balance remaining after other third party reimbursements.
