Provision of Insurance. Xxxxxxxxx Energy hereby agrees to cause each of the ARP Entities to be named as additional insureds in Xxxxxxxxx Energy’s insurance program, as in effect from time to time. Each of the ARP Entities shall be allocated, and pay for, such insurance coverage in an amount equal to Xxxxxxxxx Energy’s cost of insuring the assets and operations of such partnership entities.
