Common use of Provision of Lists Clause in Contracts

Provision of Lists. The University agrees to supply to the Union's agent upon written request the names of the persons working in regular positions included in the bargaining unit, except that such listings shall not be requested more frequently than one (1) time during any sixty (60) day period. The University agrees to provide the Local Union President with the names of newly hired bargaining unit employees within twenty (20) days of hire.
