PROVISION OF MANAGEMENT INFORMATION. 16.1 The Supplier shall submit Management Information to the Authority in the form set out in Schedule 5 throughout the Term on the last day of every Month and thereafter in respect of any Call-Off Contract entered into with any Contracting Body. 16.2 The Authority may share the Management Information supplied by the Supplier with any Contracting Body. 16.3 The Authority may make changes to the Management Information which the Supplier is required to supply and shall give the Supplier at least one (1) month's written notice of any changes.

Change requests will not be unreasonable and will include an explanation of why they are required.

PROVISION OF MANAGEMENT INFORMATION. 16.1 14.1 The Supplier Provider shall submit Management Information to the Authority in the form set out in Schedule 5 throughout the Term on the last day of every each Month and thereafter for the duration of the Term in respect of any Call-Off Contract entered into with any Contracting Bodyinto. 16.2 14.2 The Authority may share the Management Information supplied by the Supplier Provider with any Contracting BodyUser Body subject to any redactions expressly and reasonably specified by the Provider as Commercially Sensitive Information. 16.3 14.3 The Authority Authority, acting reasonably, may make request changes to the Management Information which in accordance with the Supplier is required to supply and shall give the Supplier at least one (1) month's written notice of any changesprocedure as set out in Schedule 7.
