Provision of Nursing Services. 24.1 The Employer will make every practical effort to ensure that an additional Registered Nurse Division 1 is employed to work on each shift in each high care facility (as prescribed by this Agreement). Such 'practical efforts' are to include: 24.2 Unplanned Vacancies (e.g. sick leave)
