Provision of Program Information. The goal of the Board working in conjunction with the C.A.P.A. Coordinator will consistently be to provide information about any alcohol and drug counseling, rehabilitation programs, and re-entry programs available to teachers and provide procedures to direct teachers to appropriate programs.
