Provision of Services, Access, and Normal Hours of Operation. The Lessee’s normal hours of operation are established as 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the exception of state holidays unless otherwise specified on the Lease Cover Sheet or in Section 4. Services, maintenance, and utilities shall be provided during these hours. The Lessee shall have access to, and use of, the Premises at all times without additional payment, including the use of necessary services and utilities such as elevators, restrooms, lights, and electric power. Cleaning shall be performed during normal hours of operation.

  • Coordination of Services Consultant agrees to work closely with City staff in the performance of Services and shall be available to City’s staff, consultants and other staff at all reasonable times.

  • Transition of Services Upon request by the State prior to expiration or earlier termination of this Contract or any Services provided in this Contract, Contractor shall provide reasonable and necessary assistance to accomplish a complete transition of the Services from Contractor to the State or any replacement provider designated solely by the State without any interruption of or adverse impact on the Services. Contractor shall cooperate fully with the State or any successor provider and shall promptly take all steps required to assist in effecting a complete transition of the Services designated by the State. All services related to such transition shall be performed at no additional cost beyond what would be paid for the Services in this Contract.

  • Continuity of Services A. The Contractor recognizes that the service(s) to be performed under this Contract are vital to the State and must be continued without interruption and that, upon Contract expiration, a successor, either the State or another contractor, may continue them. The Contractor agrees to:

  • Period of Services Unless otherwise stated herein, the Consultant will begin work after receipt of a properly executed copy of this Agreement. This Agreement assumes conditions permitting continuous and orderly progress through completion of the services. Times for performance shall be extended as necessary for delays or suspensions due to circumstances that the Consultant does not control. If such delay or suspension extends for more than six months, Consultant’s compensation shall be renegotiated.

  • Location of Services Performed All services provided under this Contract and as requested in any Authorized User Agreement shall only be performed within the continental United States. Notwithstanding Appendix B, section 28 Modification of Contract Terms, there shall be no exceptions proposed by a Contractor or considered by an Authorized User under the resultant OGS Centralized Contract and Contract process. An Authorized User is expressly prohibited from granting any and all exceptions to this clause.

  • Duration of Services The obligation of GGP to perform any individual Service described in or contemplated by this Section L shall terminate upon the earliest to occur of (a) 18 months following the Distribution Date, (b) five days following written notice of termination of such Services by Spinco to GGP and (c) the applicable termination date pursuant to Article IX of the Agreement. GGP agrees to use appropriate and reasonable efforts, as mutually agreed upon by the parties and at Spinco’s cost, to (i) ensure that any terminated Service is integrated into Spinco’s broader business processes and/or (ii) complete any individual Service in this Section L requested by Spinco prior to the termination described in the prior sentence.

  • DEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18 and 19, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State. If the employment is so exercised, such remuneration as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services to a member who is not in good standing, which includes members that have: (a) a delinquent loan; (b) a primary Share Account balance below the $25.00 minimum; (c) an unresolved deposited returned check; (d) any unpaid and uncollected fees; or (e) a negative balance on an Account. ASSIGNABILITY. You may not assign or transfer any interest in Your Account.
