State Holidays definition

State Holidays means New Year’s Day, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Day, Lincoln’s Birthday, Presidents Day, Xxxxx Xxxxxx Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas. If a State Holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, it may be observed on the prior Friday or subsequent Monday as indicated by the Regional Manager.
State Holidays means January 1, Martin Luther King Jr. birthday, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, December 24, December 25, and December 31
State Holidays means those days on which state offices and facilities are closed by order of the Governor pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 1-4-1(a)-(b).

  • Public Holidays means public holidays under NI Act., at the place where the Equipment is located, when banks are closed for business.
