Provision of Similar Services. We shall be at liberty in any capacity whatsoever to provide Services and to enter into any Investment or Transaction with any other person notwithstanding that we are or may be interested in any such provision of Services or such Investment or Transaction and we shall not be liable to account for any profit earned from any such provision of Services or such Investment or Transaction nor shall it be deemed to be affected with notice of or to be under any duty to disclose to you any fact or thing which may come to our knowledge or that of any of our employees or in relation to performing any such Services or entering into any such Investment or Transaction or in any manner whatsoever.

ASSIGNABILITY. You may not assign or transfer any interest in Your Account.
