Provision of Supported Products and Systems. Customer will provide all Supported Products and Supported Sites. Customer continuously represents and warrants that: (i) Customer is either the owner of, or is authorized to access and use, each of them; and (ii) Avaya, its suppliers, and subcontractors are authorized to do the same to the extent necessary to provide the Services in a timely manner.
