Provision of the Sponsorship Benefits. Subject to the Sponsor's compliance with this Agreement, and subject to the completion of any milestones or prerequisites as provided in the Sponsorship Prospectus, the Sponsor is entitled to the Sponsorship Benefits specified in the Sponsorship Prospectus, commensurate with the classification, level or type of sponsorship package selected in the Sponsorship Application.
