PROVISION OF TRANSPORT. Employers shall provide employees who are required to travel to carry out their official duties, with appropriate transport. The term appropriate transport in this clause includes use of public transport, employer provided vehicles, taxis, rental cars, and also payment of equivalent fares or motor vehicle allowance in terms of clause 4.3 of this agreement when it is agreed by the employer and employees that the employees shall use their own vehicles.
