PROVISIONS FOR REDUCED-TIME CERTIFICATED SERVICE. A. An employee having reached the age of fifty-five (55) prior to July 1 of the school year or term in which the reduction begins, and having completed ten (10) years of active service under the provisions of the State Teachers’ Retirement System, of which five (5) years immediately preceding shall have been full-time in the District, shall be eligible for reduced-time service.
